Dr. Manu Hinduja is a seasoned senior executive level entrepreneur with diversified experience in the fields of Oil & Gas, Finance, Information Technology.
Dr. Hinduja is the Owner & Managing Director of two privately held companies; Huntington Resources Inc., which was established in 1986 as a Private Investment Banking and M&A company: and GSR Services Inc., that was established in 1995 and operates as an Information Technology Consulting & Outsourcing company.
Dr. Hinduja also is a Trustee of a publicly traded Mutual Fund called Oceanstone Fund (ticker symbol OSFDX). The information about this Mutual Fund is available in the public domain.
Under Alaska Operations, Dr. Hinduja managed very large multi-billion dollar Reservoir Development Projects. Dr. Hinduja was also a key member of the Prudhoe Bay Equity Team that successfully negotiated 1.6% in extra equity in the Prudhoe Bay Field-- an increase in value worth over two billion dollars for Exxon.
Later, while serving at ConocoPhillips Dr. Hinduja held the position of Reserves Coordinator, and was a key negotiator for sale of the Huntington Beach Oil Field to Shell Oil. He also managed Thermal Recovery Projects and Water Reinjection at the Huntington Beach Field.
At Kelt Energy, Dr. Hinduja held the title of Vice President of Acquisitions, and steered the phenomenal growth of the company through aggressive acquisitions culminating in a reverse merger in the London Stock Exchange, subsequently acquiring Carless PLC in a successful hostile leveraged buyout (a $300 million transaction).
As an Advisor and Investment Banker Dr. Hinduja has structured a number of significant Oil & Gas transactions. These deals ranged from single well drilling operations, to minority interests in producing wells, to the acquisition of an entire offshore platform from Mobil Oil.
In past Dr. Hinduja’s Private Investment Banking company, HRI, raised funds and invested in the purchase of the USS Coral Sea, (once the largest aircraft carrier in the US Navy). The ship was dismantled for scrap metal realizing substantial profits to the investors in the Project.
In the early nineteen nineties Dr. Hinduja was the Chief Financial Officer at Schreiber Enterprises, the largest appliance distribution company in Southern California.
Dr. Hinduja holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in Houston, Texas, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine Graduate School of Business, and his undergraduate engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
Dr. Hinduja is an active & highly regarded public speaker on the subjects of Metaphysics and Finance. Born in Mumbai, India Dr. Hinduja has been a long term resident of Orange County, CA and calls the beaches of sunny Southern California his home.
