Huntington Resources offers Private Investment Banking services, including coordinating Client efforts to raise funds in the Capital Markets, Bank Financing, Private Investments, and giving advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
In Oil & Gas, typical services may involve Oil & Gas Financing, selling Operator Working Interest, raising funds for Drilling Projects and soliciting Buyers for Sale of Royalty Interests. We also assist in providing relevant technical information in Client generated Private Placement Memorandums; we coordinate with bidders, or negotiate with a merger target.
We will also assist Clients by sourcing, evaluating and assisting in Acquisitions of entire Companies or only their Assets. A pitch book of financial information is generated to facilitate the Acquisition in and M&A transaction by arranging Private Equity funding and/or Bank Financing.
